Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Delivery timing depends on your destination and chosen shipping method, with tracking details provided as soon as your order is on its way.

If an eligible item is not quite right, you can request a return within the return period shown in our store policy. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Each LULLIVA product page includes clear product details to help you choose confidently. Always review the recommended age, size, materials, care guidance, and intended use before purchasing.

Care requirements vary by product. Please follow the washing, cleaning, storage, and safety instructions provided on the individual product page and product packaging.

If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help before the order enters processing, although changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

We accept major credit and debit cards along with the secure payment options available at checkout, making it simple and convenient to complete your LULLIVA order.
