Prices and promotional offers displayed on the website may change. Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount after a successful subscription, with no discount code required. Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount, also with no discount code required.

These Terms do not state or imply that separate promotions or discounts can be combined. Any offer-specific conditions shown with a promotion form part of that offer.

Payment and order details

Lulliva provides free shipping on all products. The stated order delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Free returns and exchanges are available within 30 days.

These Terms do not add return exclusions, packaging conditions, refund-processing timelines, or exchange-shipment timelines beyond the store policies expressly shown on Lulliva.
